i am absolutely floored by the level of customer service at candle city..they sent me fresh cut roses fragrance with the starter pack as i had not specified properly..when i emailed that i would have liked to try clean cotton..i was pleased to see two clean cotton tarts complimentary arrive promptly next day...i love it and have just ordered 2 v.large jars of clean cotton again. thanks candle city
